The Crocker Steering Damper was produced for Indian Motorcycles from 1932 to about 1945.  Although the Indian Motorcycle Company did manufacture their own steering damper in the 1940s, the Crocker is the preferred model.

This is a fine example of how early riders personalized their bikes to set them apart.

I purchased this winter shield from an artist who bought it because he thought it was cool.  It became a wall hangar for 20 plus years before I came along.

It is the least I can do to free her from the wall and put her back in the wind once again!
